Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Create A Little Magic only ships to South Africa. Create A Little Magic in general ships with uAfrica for all domestic orders within South Africa. Orders placed through Create A Little Magic on normal business days are processed and shipped as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours from the time the order is placed and payment has been received, subject to availability of stock, i.e. expected date of delivery, for domestic orders will be 5-10 working days from date of confirmation of order. Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays are processed and shipped within 48 hours following the weekend or holiday. When an order is dispatched a validation email will confirm shipment including any applicable tracking numbers. Risk of loss passes from Create A Little Magic to the shipping carrier, upon delivery of any item(s) to such carrier. Orders not paid for within 5 working days will be cancelled.

 

Calculating Costs and Shipment of Backordered Items

 

Shipping costs for orders placed on the Create A Little Magic website are calculated based on the following criteria: chosen shipping method, total product order weight or volumetric weight, destination country and zip or postal code. Create A Little Magic ordinarily utilises shipping methods such as The Courier Guy for its shipping needs, and charges the most current standard shipping rates. If your order consists of items that are in stock (no backordered items) you will be charged an inclusive shipping and handling fee based on the criteria listed in the paragraph above. If an order contains both in stock and backordered products your shipment will be delayed until the backordered items become available. For this reason Create A Little Magic suggests that our customers order backordered items separately from other items. If you do choose to order backordered items as part of a multi-item order you will be charged for all items, plus your chosen shipping option, simultaneously. If one or more items are on backorder, the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase will be utilised once all items are received in the warehouse.
