Returns & Refunds
Create A Little Magic accepts the return of unopened items (with all seals intact) that were purchased and fulfilled through the Create A Little Magic website only. Items must be received by/delivered to Create A Little Magic within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery date. Customers will be refunded the cost of the original purchase, excluding the initial shipping and handling fees. An additional administration fee of 15% will be levied on the original invoice amount. The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs required to return items to Create A Little Magic. In circumstances where an order error was made by Create A Little Magic, such as dispatching an incorrect or faulty item, a full refund of the item cost plus shipping and handling costs to return these items will be covered by Create A Little Magic. Refunds will not be issued with regards to: Items returned to Create A Little Magic after the fourteen (14) days return period, items which have been opened, marked, painted rooted or damaged and/or with any broken seals or in any way making them unfit for resale, items purchased through other online or other retailers (not Create A Little Magic). Books and Magazines are not returnable. Items must be returned in their original packaging/containers.
How and When Refunds Are Processed
Customers whose returns meet the guidelines outlined in Returns & Refunds will receive a refund of the cost of returned items less a 15% administration fee, calculated on the original amount invoiced. The customer is responsible for return shipping and return shipping costs to Create A Little Magic. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after receipt of the returned item(s). Customers will be refunded in a similar fashion in which payment was originally received, when doing their purchase of the returned items. Please ensure that you submit your original order information, by completing our Return Application, along with a daytime phone number you can be reached at, in case Create A Little Magic needs to contact you for further information.
Packing & Sending Your Return
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
- Pack the items along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your item(s)) securely in a parcel. You may use the box the item(s) originally arrived in, or another box, if you prefer. Please include a phone number where you may be reached in case we need to contact you regarding your refund.

- It is your responsibility to ship the product back to Create A Little Magic and pay the shipping and handling fee to do so.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for any item(s) within 24 hours of placing the order provided the order has not entered the shipping process. If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped it will need to be returned following the Returns & Refunds guidelines outlined above.
